Help wanted
ACTA is looking for an eminently personable, dynamic, well-organized, highly motivated, and principled individual to fill a Development Officer position. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher, a passionate interest in higher education reform, and the ability to work well as part of a small and dedicated staff. No development experience is required and salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
